Week 18 Will Decide If Pat McAfee Is A Winning NFL Gambler

Posted on January 4, 2022

Pat McAfee’s NFL betting record is coming down to the wire. The final slate of McAfee betting picks will determine whether he ends the year as a winning or a losing gambler.

Week 17 was exactly the showing that McAfee needed to put him within striking distance of a winning season.

Pat’s Picks went 9-6-1 during the NFL’s penultimate weekend. Excluding that one push, McAfee’s overall record is now sitting at 113-120.

The FanDuel personality will need one more strong outing to lock in his second-straight season of winning football picks.

Will McAfee end the season as a winner?

McAfee ended last season as a winning gambler, but that was thanks to college football.

The former Indianapolis Colts punter used to make a weekly appearance on College GameDay where he revealed his bets for some of the bigger matchups of the weekend.

Those picks ended up being just enough to push his record over the top last year. McAfee’s combined record ended at 54-53 with a dead even 40-40 NFL showing.

McAfee no longer makes those GameDay picks, but he still usually places one spread bet on every NFL game each week.

He will need a stellar outing to end the season if he wants to drag his record back into the green during Week 18.

There are 16 games taking place during the final week of the regular season. Since McAfee’s record is seven games below .500, he’ll need to hit at least 12 of those 16 picks in order to end the year as a winner.
